New York Sate Senator Andrew Lanza sponsored the S3759 Bill to remove primary care from some provisions of insurance law. Once the bill is approved we will be able to charge a Flat rate fee of $79.00 for membership without any additional fees. This bill will remove the $33.00 fee imposed by the DOI for sick visits.

AMG Medical Group has opened its fifth state-of-the-art medical facility in Bronx, NY.  The Bronx facility completes AMG's initial phase of opening medical facilities in each New York borough.  By the end of 2009, AMG hopes to have opened five additional facilities in more locations to complete the second phase of expansion.
